Enterprise Development
Enterprise Development forms an important part of Solidcon’s empowerment programme, and the company’s
objective is to contribute significantly to the transformation of the construction industry and to build the
necessary skills base of the country. Skills development is not often sufficient in itself, and so in addition to
the various skills development initiatives underway throughout the company, its strategy embraces
enterprise development

construction in South Africa, we must lead not only economically, but environmentally and socially as well.
The company understands that it is in a prominent position to affect the environment in South Africa.
Solidcon is in cognisance with the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Act by implementing BBBEE in
our organisation. We choose to follow the Codes of Good Practice .Solidcon is 100% BBBEE compliant but
does not rely on this to get business. The company maintains international standards when it comes to
providing our services.
